eLearning Instructional Design is a skill I developed to solve the challenge of training adults on basic contact center principles starting in 2012. I utilized my team of Trainers as ILT facilitators to disseminate the dynamic training content.
Specializing in eLearning courses that include adult pedagogy best practices of "Tell, then Show, then Do" have the ability to become meaningful and memorable learning events. While not all courses can follow this model, such as a knowledge share of information with the objective of the module to be a learner's receipt of the information to be stored in your LMS, many modules can include engaging user events.
I enjoy using video editing tools to create engagement. Video just makes everything more digestible for a learner. It's why YouTube is the second most used search engine in the world. I like to incorporate professional visual elements to explainer videos for the viewer to understand a process clearly.
