Israel delivered work promptly and the caliber was excellent; however, I found it difficult to understand the different tiers of work and assumed I could make edits and changes, substantial revisions (my $350 contract said 5 revisions included). It turned out that's only possible on a much higher level ($1000) contract, so while I like the draft I received, I ended up having to agree to the higher level to end up with something usable. My fault, perhaps, for making an assumption about the definition of "revision" but I feel that revisions should be more than just cosmetic or for typos. I'm continuing to work with Israel because the work is good and he's been very responsive. I just wish the misunderstanding hadn't occurred.
