Seeking Francophone African Voice Talent for Interactive Website Fred is an incredibly talented voice actor! I hired him to be the voice for an academic website that I am building based upon my doctoral research about an apartment buildling in Johannesburg, South Africa. As Johannesburg boasts of diverse African foreign nationals, there are many who live in the building I researched that come from different Francophone African countries.
