With over 10 years experience as a sound designer, I started my journey in the audio visual industry as a boom operator and location sound mixer for small projects. My musical background as a bass player and my determination led me to work in a studio. My passion for recording, editing, mixing and mastering all kinds of projects grew when I was given the opportunity to work in a studio. Since then, I have had the pleasure of working on feature films, TV shows (both fiction and non-fiction) for OTT and independent productions, short films, advertisements, and podcasts. I am experienced in directing voice-over and voice talents, additional dialogue recording, dialogue re-recording and replacement, and of course, dialogue editing for all kinds of formats. Additionally, I have worked on ambience editing and sound effects creation using my own recordings and audio libraries. In music, I have produced my own tracks for several projects. Additionally, I am skilled in music selection, editing, and placement. I have extensive experience in audio restoration for private investigations in audio forensics. This includes enhancing and isolating dialogue in very noisy environments on poorly recorded formats, making almost impossible to hear audio files intelligible. Additionally, I have restored audio tracks from previous analogue recordings to the digital era, including music cassettes and VHS videos, by eliminating magnetic interference and glitches. In my experience with high-end audiovisual products, I have worked on eliminating unwanted noise from lavalier microphones on talent, filtering out and eliminating clothing rustle, and addressing other common issues.
