If I could rate Zerah higher than a 10, I would. She has been nothing but professional, patient, and is very skilled and knowledgeable in her craft. Zerah is a pleasure to work with and so easy going. I will always look forward to working with her. You can tell how serious she takes her job as she is so attentive to the task at hand. During this project, she has maintained hours not adhering to her own time zone, several challenges, and consistent trouble shooting. Zerah was able to come up with solutions where the customer and tech support for the carrier could not. After months of struggling to find solutions from the customer support with the carrier, Zerah worked fast to find a resolution. I cannot recommend her enough. You will not be disappointed.
