Character design
I'm deeply disappointed and cannot recommend his services. Initially, our team was satisfied with his work, despite it being incomplete. He assured us it would be finished in the next phase of the project, which we prepaid. However, months passed, and not only was the next project never started, but the work we had already paid for remained unfinished. This delay resulted in a lost project deal. Although we received a partial refund for the video project, we did not recover the $200 + the initiation fee, and the promised corrections to the characters were never made. Communication was sparse, and responses to our queries about delays were slow—often taking over a week. Ultimately, we had to cancel the video project, which he accepted, likely because he hadn't started it. We later discovered that the characters were still incomplete. Despite our efforts, we've barely received any response since. The initial positive review we left was premature, given in good faith to assist his business, based on his commitment to rectify the issues. From this experience, I advise others to thoroughly vet such services and insist on receiving the final work before making full payment to avoid similar losses. We are deeply disappointed and regret to say that I cannot recommend his services.
