I've spent more than 30 years working in professional video production, broadcast operations, live events, archival media preservation, museum installations, and technical system integration.
Over that time I've worn many hats—editor, engineer, production manager, consultant, instructor, troubleshooter, and project manager. I've worked with everything from aging analog videotape to modern AI-assisted restoration and today's digital production tools.

Good workflow doesn't.
My approach has always been the same: understand the problem first, recommend practical solutions second, and spend money only where it genuinely improves the final result.
