Omair assured me he would be able to complete the job and accepted the contract. He then proposed to increase the contract price (which I agreed to increase by $300+) and then didn't provide photorealistic renderings. I was unable to use most of the work he provided. I should have canceled the contract early when I realized we would be going back and forth a lot without any progress towards a photorealistic version of our renderings.
