I am a videographer having Five years of experience in creating Social Media Advertisement videos, Youtube videos, podcasts, wedding videos, travel videos, etc.
I will be using sony a6500 with tech gears to produce a video. I will be shooting videos with a plan of making a good video to be edited with no issue.

Shooting project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Jan 22nd
The milestone payment was made as a down payment for pre-production and planning.
No footage or final files were ever delivered as required under the contract.
The freelancer hired a third party to complete the work instead of doing it himself, and is now requesting the final milestone payment before delivering any files, claiming he needs the money to pay the subcontractor.
This is not how milestone payments work on Upwork. The final payment is only due after the agreed deliverables are submitted and approved.
Since no deliverables were provided, I am requesting a full refund for the paid milestone due to non-delivery of services.
