We used Mark to create a 1 minute promo video for a new chatbot feature of our site. From our first interaction, I knew my search for other video makers was over. Mark knows what he is doing and it shows from start to finish! He has a very structured process that is designed to get the absolute BEST outcome and limit re-work. His thoughtful and disciplined approached, while may feel daunting at first, challenges you to be extremely prepared up-front. This was particularly helpful for someone that never embarked on creating a video with animation.
We had Mark do several iterations for us and he went above and beyond to accommodate to ensure we were tightly aligned. While this was more hours than initially expected; Mark was so great it did not bother us because we knew the outcome was going to be better than expected.
If you want someone that works like a well-oiled machine, is fast, detail oriented, efficient and goes the extra mile then Mark is the one!
