Following your reference photos and project details, I will create the food items and their packaging from scratch, it will be well-textured, lightened, and rendered. I usually use Maya for 3d modeling, substance painter and photoshop for texturing, Maya and Keyshot for rendering.
As an end product, you will have a .mp4 file and .mov file (if you need only) of the animation of your product.

*Advanced - Complex food items with simulation (Can contain simulations)

Reference image
You have to send me your products as many views(top, bottom, left, right, up, down) as possible. If you don't have the product, you can send me rough sketches of it. If you have blueprints, it will be much better. High-resolution images preferred.
Modeling, texturing and rendering
In this step, I will create the product's 3d model, add colors or textures to it and render it. As it's about food animation, rendering usually can take place before animation. But, Animation can also take place before rendering sometimes.
