Zee was able to complete a 20-minute training video for me on a very tight weekend turnaround, which I appreciated. He met the deadline and delivered a usable final product within the requested timeframe.
That said, I did expect a higher level of attention to detail for the scope and cost of the project. In two clips, the background music overpowered the speaking audio, which made portions of the training distracting to listen to. There was also a visual detail (boxes visible in the background of one scene) that I would have expected to be flagged or addressed proactively.
Overall, the job was completed adequately and on time, but the final product required more refinement than I anticipated. Because of my compressed timeline, I was limited in how much revision I could request.
