While we started of slowly but good, later iterations of video material didn't follow guidelines we had given (eg. WCAG standards) and a process we had agreed on wasn't followed either. We didn't think any further comms was going to improve the product so we paid a nominal amount to end the contract, but won't use any of the last material.
