Model Asset Intake

Client provides the .obj, .fbx, or .blend character model in a clean T-pose or A-pose with clean topology. I review the mesh geometry to ensure it is ready for deformation.

Skeleton & Rigging Draft

I build the bone hierarchy, place joints accurately, and paint the initial skin weights. I send a quick video preview showing extreme poses to verify there is no awkward mesh stretching.
