Working with Laura was unfortunately not the experience we had hoped for. Although she was polite and willing to make changes, we encountered several challenges that made it difficult to complete the project successfully.
The main issue was around attention to detail and following the brief. Despite providing clear written instructions, the submitted files often contained errors or missed key requirements. This led to repeated revisions and confusion. It seemed the brief may not have been reviewed thoroughly, which affected the overall quality of the work.
Communication was also a challenge during the project. Laura was unavailable for extended periods, which caused delays and made it hard to keep momentum. We later learned that she had limited access to internet and power during this time. While we understand such difficulties can happen, it would have been better to discuss them before starting the project so expectations could be managed.
After receiving the first draft, we decided not to proceed further as the work was not meeting expectations. The project took much longer than anticipated, and the outcome was unfortunately not usable for our needs.
We share this feedback in the hope that it is taken constructively. With more reliable communication, stronger attention to briefs, and a clearer assessment of project suitability before accepting work, Laura could improve her approach for future clients.
