Animated Music Video - Rose Parks (Montgomery Night)
Mogaji was consistently responsive and communicative throughout the project, which I really appreciated. She’s also a talented animator, and her work on the animation itself was impressive.
However, aligning the animation with the music posed some challenges. I think this was mainly due to the limitations of the tools she was using, as she didn’t have access to full editing software. This made it difficult for her to make the necessary adjustments to finalize the video. In the end, I had to step in to edit the video using iMovie.
While the original timeline for the project was two weeks, the process ended up taking longer than expected—about three months. That said, I truly believe Mogaji has a lot of potential. Her dedication and work ethic are strong, and with access to the right tools and some more experience with editing software, I have no doubt she will be able to take on even more complex projects in the future.
