Levels and expectations:
Beginners: 4 to 6 months
Repertoire over Theory, get to improve tour technique by focusing on playing your favorite songs.
Intermediate: 6 to 18 months
50% Repertoire 50% theory, Learn embellish techniques & music sight-reading to increase quantity and quality of repertoire.
Advanced Level: 24 to 48 months
Goal: Make money playing sax
Improvisation, Harmonic theory, Ear Training, advanced intonation techniques, music business fundamentals.
