Overall, Zahid was professional, responsive, and willing to incorporate feedback throughout the project. He was easy to communicate with and remained cooperative during multiple rounds of revisions.
That said, the project required significantly more direction and iteration than I had expected. Many of the initial drafts lacked the level of polish, pacing, and storytelling needed for a SaaS demo video, which meant I had to provide detailed guidance and increasingly specific feedback to achieve the desired result. In several cases, revisions addressed only part of the requested changes, leading to additional review cycles.
While the final video met our requirements, it was largely the result of extensive collaboration and repeated refinement rather than a smooth end-to-end production process. I would recommend Zahid for projects where the client is able to provide clear creative direction and is comfortable with an iterative workflow, but those looking for a more autonomous creative partner may find the process more hands-on than expected.
