How can this work?
Articulate storyline and Captivate allows you to simultaneously create software simulations in all three available modes:
Demo: Demonstrate a software procedure. The user is not required to perform any action.
Assessment: Test the user's knowledge of a procedure. Only inform the user if the step was incorrectly carried out.
Training: Guide a user through a software procedure. The user is required to perform the steps in a procedure but with guidance at every step.

My name Agatha Rista. I work as a full-time freelance with 6 years experience as Elearning Developer and I am an expert in using software Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate. Apart from that, I also enjoy designing and animating PowerPoint presentation slides into an extraordinary slideshow video.
As an elearning developer, in addition to working directly with clients, I am also often assisted by elearning development companies to become a member of their development team. Usually they send the storyboard along with the supporting items to me, then I build it into a module according to the storyboard that has been provided.
The following are my experiences as an elearning developer:
• As a content editor with the task of creating storyboards for children's e-learning, preparing narrator scripts for the e-learning, until building it into e-learning content with Articulate Storyline (in Indonesian).
• Create various activities such as flashcards and quizzes that are packaged into minigames for Edulogic Project.
• Building Islamic Finance courses for Carrera Learning, including changing courses from English to French, putting Arabic Close Captions for each English course, and so on.
• Assisted Opportunity EduFinance in localizing the courses into Indonesian, including correcting some errors.
• Assisted Xcelus LLC in the localization of English into Indonesian for Hitachi Group employee training module.
• Localize HP-Life courses in collaboration with TechClass Learning Programs LLC, including fixing if there are problems with related courses.
• Build a course for ExpDesign LLC, which contains scenario-based activities for IT information support to help customers who forgot their passwords.
• Create various Math quizzes for Libro Studio LLC.
• Create various courses together with Epic Instruction LLC.
• And various other courses.
My usual work algorithm:
- Step #1 : First, make sure everything I need is available, starting from the storyboard (if there is one, if not, I will arrange the script into a storyboard first to make it easier to build the course), image assets (company logo, supporting images), files -Audio files for voice-over (if needed), design templates (such as brand colors), and so on. Next I will start working.
- Step #2: I will submit the first draft for review.
- Step #3: I have compiled the feedback I received as a checklist for improvement.
- Step #4: Then I sent back the updated draft for review, until it became perfect.
It allows my clients to get some deliverables pretty often and make sure we are on the right track.
