Revise a video Jamez made a professional video for me, which I presented through my organization (a fortune 500 company, but with only 6000 employees). It was engaging, with me doing the voice so it had that personal touch, and pushed through my ideas far better than anything else could have. It was a smooth process speaking as someoone who had never done a video before.

Video production and editing for a 5-Minute Professional Presentation Video I needed to do a video to explain a model I had developed. This is my first time doing one. Jamez was super helpful and conscientious as we worked our way through it. Starting with my dialogue and outline of the video, we then determined stock videos to insert, chose the music. He did a lot of creative work in adding transitions, overlays and highlights, and picking very cool interstices, all that made for a professional product.

and other video gen AI models to generate videos. Envato uses smart model routing to match the best model for specific prompts and visual styles.

Envato also has excellent text to voice for voice overs.
I use Googles NotebookLM to generate storyboards with voice over which then can be used as input for AI video generation. I have the (on my computer) the Synium VectorAI AI graphic generator which produces high quality 'photographs' or vector illustrations that can be animated.

I make use of various sound/music libraries for sound design, and often do (copyright free) custom music composition.

I have extensive business (sales and marketing) experience and a technical background. My partners and I took a software development startup to IPO in six years, I then worked as a customer facing Digital Transformation Consultant for IBM for over a decade. Having worked with an experimented with various AI video generation services I find them inconsistent when it comes to synchronizing, facial expression, lip sync to audio, movements, unwanted background and staying in character from video to video

The issue is to get everything correctly described in the 1st prompt. Then every correction or change burns more tokens or credits. Many are finding that to produce a 60 second corporate video is :
- Time consuming and frustrating.
- Expensive with credit burns.
Especially if there are images/videos to be created of people, avatats or mascots etc.

The process I follow to keep in character and brand consistency from one video to the next.
- Create the avatar (person / character) or brand mascot standing facing the camera as an image.
- Use the template to create the same character in different ‘poses / postures’.
- Build a library of photos and scenes
I have a special app on my laptop, that keeps ‘character’.
- Create scenes or collect stock video to support the storyboard.
- Use AI voice over services to create speech from a script.
- Use AI video gen services to to ‘string’ the various character poses together into a smooth flowing video (maybe with captions, if that’s what we want) without music, sound effects, text and text effects and without background.
- Hire an experienced video editor (like me) to bring it all together and get EXACTLY what you want.

It takes a little longer but will cost less.

Once I have reviewed the source material - I have a storyboard template that needs to be completed before we start the project. We need to agree on: - Number of sounds - Type of sounds - Time stamps in the video - Spacial effects ... then agree $$

First Cut

I deliver the first cut is for review. If necessary we make small adjustments.

Review the work, release payment, and leave feedback to Jamez.
