The final animation quality was good, but the timeline management and communication regarding deadlines were very poor. There were constant delays and misunderstandings about time zones and delivery times, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress right before my project deadline and cost me a full night of work. If you have a strict deadline, be prepared to manage the schedule very closely.
