Product video retouch: Remove existing mark on label + add our new updated icon.
Communication was not great. I asked in the morning for a small test to be sent before the final result was completed. Many hours later, it turned out he had apparently already finished everything. When I mentioned that I found the result mediocre, he reacted very defensively and made things difficult.
