His gig is about giving life to your static design. I mean from 2D to 3D image.
I animate JPEG, PNG or PSD file and this is not limit to stuffs like artwork, advert, announcements and so on.
HOW I ANIMATE
After receiving your image, i view it and check for opportunities for animation e.g particles e.g flame, water, air, smoke e.t.c.
Entities for example, human and animal (if exist) gives signs of life by face reacting and moving in there spot.
Sky (if any) moves.

I create and deliver in gif, mp4, 3gp and other formats.
I always prefer to work on PSD or AI. Please if you have them also, do send them over.

Work on it in Photoshop.
Opens the file in Photoshop and layer them into the different parts that is to be animated.
Animate them in animation programs.
I make them move in programs like cartoon animator, and or video studio (depending on what work needs to be done on the design)
