Ezra was professional, courteous, and responsive throughout the whole process. He gave me feedback specific to my book as well as tips and resources for writing in general. I would have preferred a little more of the former, but I can tell that he read my manuscript attentively. This was my first time hiring a beta reader, so I did not think to ask him about his experience critiquing literary fiction. It turns out that he specializes more in genre fiction, which I imagine is the case for most beta readers because there is more of a market for it all around. Even so, I got some helpful suggestions, and I have already improved my draft a good deal.
