Pokemon Fire Red ROM Hack: Storyline Extension and Rival Creation
I'm sorry to leave a negative review, but I can only be honest about my experience. The first milestone was completed brilliantly. However, I was repeatedly told the second milestone was nearly done, which turned out not to be the case. I showed a great deal of patience and eventually offered to cancel the contract if progress was still far off. The freelancer agreed, and I requested the coding files so another developer could continue the work—he agreed but never sent them. As a result, my $100 investment has gone to waste, and I now have to start over.
