Favour is an amazing writer and I love her personality. It actually hurts to leave her less than 5 stars.
Unfortunately, she stopped communicating in our third milestone and hasn't handed the work in. I'm so sad as I felt everything was going fantastic and was going to hire her for many many more projects, I could have had her working for the next year or two. I would still work with her, if she could meet milestones and continued with communication. I even offered to start a new project if the one we were working on was too much for what we agreed on, but she didn't reply. She was doing fantastic, so it's disappointing.
I was very concerned something happened to her since we were communication so good then vanished, but she did start a new contract with someone else. So I'm guessing she just didn't want to continue. I'm hoping she'll reach out to me still so I can get the work she has completed up to this point, let me know what happened, or even start a fresh project together that is easier and won't be as extensive. I understand and wouldn't be upset at all. I would honestly LOVE to give her five stars, but the ghosting part sucks when I've already spent money and communication is key. I would have understood and worked with her no matter what. I know the project was a lot, but again, I would have worked on a much easier project from scratch with her if she had communicated an issue, but she made it sound like things were going great. I had no idea this was going to happen as she stated she wanted to keep going. I would even be willing to adjust the rating if it's just a miscommunication. I'd still be willing to work together on this project to complete it or a new one. Life happens, it's okay, but again communication is key.
