Need Theme sound/music for a podcast
Mfoniso communicated promptly which made this a lot easier. He was open to feedback and although we had to go through a few rounds before we got a sound we could work with, it was good working with him.
An original sound is a lot of work and if we were to do it again, I think Mfoniso has specific skills for certain sounds so we would think in that direction.

Song writing music and lyrics and singing
Mfoniso is hardworking individual but has no singing talent whatsoever . I ordered a song writing and singing, i tried it in different styles, trying to accommodate it to his voice, but no matter what we ve tried , it sounded awful and the lyrics were horrible, repetitive and painful to listen

Was engaged, and willing to fix things and do the work. I could have done better with determining what I needed and being more explicit. So for that reason, I won't be overly critical of what was missing. I was given an estimate of the time required to complete episodes, which was off by a significant amount.

Mfoniso is a great guy, and made a real effort. I regret my dissatisfaction with the work, but he didn't understand the materials I sent, the subject, or the target format. It was clear that no amount of revisions would help.
I think he's an excellent person and if there's a gig that's a better fit for him, he would be a great candidate. He's a great communicator and easy person to work with.
