Howdy! I'm a US-licensed attorney. I act as fractional general counsel ("fractional GC") to startups, personal coach to founders/business leaders, writer/editor/researcher, and idea generator/listener.
Contract Drafting and Review: I can draft, revise, and negotiate a wide variety of domestic and international commercial contracts (e.g., MSAs, SaaS, privacy policies, joint ventures, formation documents, investment agreements, ToS, etc.).
Fractional GC Services: Fractional GC is essentially the answer to your need for an in-house counsel without having to pay for a full-time attorney. I can advise on entity formation, structuring complex transactions, contract drafting and revisions, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Usually, this is a monthly gig where we agree on the min. and max hours per month.
I've provided fractional GC services to a variety of companies (SaaS, health and wellness, real estate, education, clean energy). I was also general counsel for a US-based multinational for nearly a decade.

Coaching/Alignment: First off, I really dislike the word "coach" and prefer "scout," so I'll be your scout if you'd like. I consider myself an explorer who has gotten stuck in the muckiest, darkest trenches of existence, then dug my way out and ventured ahead to see what else is out there. I've found some great things, and I'd like to report back what I've found, kinda like a signal fire, to help others find their way. I firmly believe all good things emanate from within, and that if you have blocks within you, those are going to inevitably appear in your external life and negatively impact your business and goals. I also believe time is our greatest possession, and that to waste our minutes and hours is heartbreaking.
I'll work with you to determine and define your guiding principles and overall goals. From there, we'll take a look at your overall habitual thought patterns, daily actions, decisionmaking, and figure out what is guiding them. We'll also try to figure out where your stumbling blocks are, and how we can move around them or go through them. I'll work with you to align your mental habits, daily habits, and decisions to the principles and goals we've established for you, and help keep you accountable. Part of that will be considering your environment—how we can design it so that the actions and thoughts you want to take and have come naturally. We can do the same for your business (principles, goals, alignment, accountability). I currently have my own business, have previously co-founded another successful company, and have provided business coaching (advising on HR issues, making more efficient systems/processes, marketing, etc.).
Writing/Editing: I have over ten years' of experience as a professional writer (professional profiles, creative writing, B2B marketing, legal articles, thought leadership pieces) and editor ( articles, books, PhD dissertations, etc.). I prefer clean, clear writing with heart and movement.

Idea generation/problem solving/listening: I have ADHD (could you tell?), and one of my superpowers is coming up with ideas.
