I will write clear, concise, and user-friendly knowledge base articles with annotated screenshots/gifs for your SaaS, desktop and mobile app, web app, and other software applications.
Software applications. especially B2B and other enterprise apps, generally have non-technical users. So, the articles will break down complicated concepts so they're easy to understand.
I will explore your software to see it in the user's point of view so I can lay out the feature in the most user-friendly way possible. The general flow of the articles will be as follows:
1. Introduction to the feature
2. Sample use case
3. "How to" steps with screenshots
4. Closing / Connect to other articles related to the feature
The screenshots or screen records will be taken from the live software and the annotations will be consistent with your branding. They will also carry your logo for a more professional and formal look.
I can write the articles in Word or PDF format, or directly write it on your knowledge base hosting platform using markup language (HTML), if needed, for proper formatting. I have used HelpScout, Intercom, and Product Fruits and can learn any new platforms quickly.
