Responsive and works quickly, which I appreciated. However, the core requirement of the project — to only source properties within a very specific permitted STR zone in Oceanside, CA— was not followed, even after I provided written instructions and a zoning map. The majority of the leads delivered were outside the allowed area.
I would have appreciated clearer communication if the assignment became difficult or if inventory was limited. Instead, the full hours were logged without checking in, and I was left with results I couldn't use. When I gave feedback to improve the search results, he insisted that he was doing the job correctly.
This freelancer may be a good fit for general property research, or for milestone projects but I wouldn’t recommend them for hourly projects that require strict attention to detail or zoning compliance.
