Find, write and apply to 3 nonprofit grants for TRRFS.ORG
I hired Victoria to find and apply to 3 non profit grants - she agreed that it would be $100/ per grant (based on hours) - $300 max for 3 grants. But she tried to bill me for $500 for 2 grants - she never completed the 3rd grants, despite me asking for months for it.
When I asked her for the contact names of the two grants she supposedly applied to, she refused to give their contact details (so I could confirm that she applied and ask for follow-up directions).
This is 100% fraud; I've reported it to Upwork already and will be contacting my CC company today.
