Although I'm sure he's great at what he does, his communication was confusing, cryptic, and evasive. His promise to get the work done in 3 hours was revised to 12 hours, and then later he proposed another revision.
In his communication, he appeared defensive and passive aggressive in his communication. At times, it was difficult to get a direct answer from him regarding the project. He could probably do as good a job as anyone, but I just don't feel good about working with him, 2.5 hours in.
If working with this freelancer, you will probably need to have some biochemistry background in order to better understand how many hours to provide him for a given task.
