Service level Agreement Had good initial stock question to fill into a base software contract, but it doesn't really work for software that's a service and does not have traditional installation. Does half of the changes needed correctly and submitting them without asking questions to get clarification on the instructions.

I wanted to have the confidence that I can use this contract without modification. I don't want to chase after a contractor and repeat instructions which would already attribute to the labor of typing. At this point it is faster for me to make the modification rather than go back and forth to request continuous revisions.

In general, the work was not worth the price.
