Virtual Assistant to a new online business , needed ASAP
Roselle is very smart, knowledgeable, sharp, fluent in English, good writing skills, does great with Wix, Dubsado, Canva and flodesk. I would have given her overall 4.5 a year ago. However, over time, Roselle has become more and more absent (literally and figuratively), not careful,. Recently, made unacceptable mistakes/choices that affected my business directly. Even after several conversations on each of the subject matters. Therefore, at this time, unfortunately, I can only recommend her for work that is not directly related to (potential) client care/billing , OR if it is (potential) client-related, work that can be supervised, and checked regularly.
