Really enjoyed working with Olivia. My project didn’t materialize due to my own busyness. She remained patient and willing to help throughout the wait.
I did feel that Olivia frequently wanted to upsell her developmental editing rather than sticking to the editing in scope for the project. However, I think that was just passion for the work she does and commitment to my project.
