As an experienced researcher, I have developed expertise in the Bioinformatic Data analysis of the Biological data acquired from the basic and the high throughput techniques like NGS, RNA seq, Molecular Docking & MD Simulation. Besides the basic support for the research work like literature reviews, assignments, articles, and lab reports I can help with analyzing the raw data. I have developed proficiency in the genomic data analysis by the means of bio-conductor packages in R program. All types of raw files would be analysed to visualize the data in the form of heat-maps to efficiently display the desired information.

Immunology and Infection Biology:
1) Development of recombinant strains in bacterial system by performing gene cloning.
2) Over expression and purification of proteins from the bacterial systems.
3) Immunological characterization of pathogenic bacterial proteins in human macrophage cell lines:
a) By recording the pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines.
b) Elucidating the inflammatory pathways by detecting the levels of specific markers using Flow
cytometry and western blot.
Genomics and Epigenetics:
4) Development of strains in eukaryotic system (yeast) by using homologous recombination.
5) Library preparation for NGS (Next generation sequencing)
6) Studying DNA protein interaction by using ChIP seq and ChIP.
7) Elucidating the DNA damage and repair pathways.
