Michaelene was very nice and responsive throughout the process, which I appreciated. I did find that several of her corrections and suggestions contained noticeable grammatical errors. Because I was looking for a polished, professionally edited paper, I was a bit disappointed. But I do wish her all the best in her endeavors.
