Quality Control Testing Online Courses
I originally hired Lucila to help with quality-checking our online courses, and she quickly showed how capable she was. She really stood head and shoulders above the rest of the people I tried hiring to do similar QC work.
She was thorough, reliable, identified issues that would really affect the users of my courses, and communicated clearly every step of the way. On top of that, she has a mastery of english spelling and grammar, so she spell checked everything on top of checking for the course functioning properly.
Because she was doing so well, I trained her to make edits directly in WordPress using LearnDash, and she did a great job with it all. I trust Lucila to catch the details and take initiative when needed, and I trust her with admin access to my wordpress site! I’d gladly work with her again and highly recommend her for any similar role.

translate children's books into neutral Latin American Spanish
I worked with Lucila to have a series of illustrated children's books translated from English to neutral Latin American Spanish. She did a fantastic job!
