TED is a big brand for a very good reason, the effective communication of novel ideas. Most speakers can either talk about their specialty for 3 minutes (oversimplified) or 3 hours (overly complicated). TED and TEDx talks are different. You have 18 minutes to communicate one idea. You have to be focused and concise while also being credible and entertaining (or at least intriguing).
I have organized four TEDx events in New Zealand. I understand the brand requirements, and I understand the value that speakers can gain from presenting under those requirements. Because of their talks, my speakers have signed new clients, deepened professional relationships, and been invited to speak around the world.
I will write the first draft to provide you with the basic structure. Then you will make the revisions to make it distinctly yours, and I will coach you through the process from there. The higher the tier, the more time I can devote to helping you improve your talk.
