Currently I am working as Deputy Manager Lean at Forward Sports, Sialkot (Adidas Strategic Partner) since Jan 2017. We are working with Adidas producing Bags and footballs. I have strong knowledge of lean tools and its implementation to fulfill adidas lean audit requirements.
Working as a Deputy Manager Lean/Process Improvement, my responsibilities include:
• Participate in daily, weekly and monthly meetings/discussions to understand the Efficiency, Downtime, Projects, 5S Results, Kaizen Submitted, Changeovers and other issues.
• Responsible for ADIDAS monthly & Seasonal targets, efficiency, project, Kaizen & ME/MI Audit.
• Responsible to calculate required resources against forecasted orders.
• Responsible to analyzing the Sample and Productivity details for all new development styles based on ball sketch or samples and provide breakdown to changeover & Production team.
• Review all processes from marking and Printing, cutting to stitching and packing of Ball.
• Factory Production Incentive report monitoring and approval.
• Working on new projects if any and suggesting advanced techniques & innovation.
• Co-ordination with planning department for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, line plan and factory monthly plan based on the history of line and factory efficiency.
• Co-ordination with General Manager for cut plan and sewing plan based on delivery priority.
• Co-ordination with HR manager for training progress (fresh training and multi-skill training).
• Conducting Factory Audit to ensure the Modules of ADIDAS followed in factory.
• Furthermore, being in manufacturing sector I possess skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint. I will do work on your projects and free Amendments until you are completely satisfied.
