Common App Essay Editing - Five Month Partnership
Working with Adil was a frustrating experience. Two examples and clear instructions were provided, but I still had to spend several hours going over his work. He kept requiring that I check if docs were edited correctly because he doesn't have a working version of Microsoft Word. He also took over 2x more time on his work than others. In sum, several hours were wasted and I paid for work that cannot be used as it was low quality and outside of our requirements. His response was condescending and unreasonable, based on the premise that his experience was more valuable than following directions. When I paused the contract, his behavior became unprofessional, forcing me to end the project entirely.
