I am an expert user of HTML code, Microsoft programs (such as Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Excel), Google Docs, and website platforms. I understand the differences between US and UK terminology, and I have enjoyed working with international colleagues from the UK, Ukraine, Australia, and Ireland.
I have a B.S. degree in English and Elementary Education and an M.S. degree in Reading Education. This education has shown me how to speak and write to an intended audience, whether it be a sixth grader or a remedial reader.
