Job was not successfully completed. Manual recording of time was used and no results to show for over 10 hours of work. Four months later, attempted to charge for work not done but then did refund with a response that the charge was submitted unintentionally.
I asked B to look at getting my business listed on Google after being refused by Google. B stated she would be able to achieve. For anyone that has submitted an application knows that the application process takes only a few minutes. B gave the impression that she had alternate ways and connections to be successful.
I would ask every few hours what process was being undertaken and she only said that it should not take many more hours and to just approve a few more hours. At the point it reached well over 10 hours, I removed access from B and told her to cease work. I still received no evidence of any work undertaken, responses from Google in either the positive or negative, and no results.
Four months later I missed but luckily saw an email notifying me a charge of $40 had been submitted by B. To her credit after 3 messages she submitted a refund and apologised for the mistake. I had left the contract open by mistake and B stated she submitted the charge to my account when trying to bill another customer.
