Incompetent and incapable of working independently, especially when provided directions and instructions doesn’t seem to interpret English clearly as afraid to work on their own. Also has unsteady Internet, so is unable to stay online. Is not able to come in on time. Has many excuses. A complete waste of your money. Doesn’t ask for overtime and continues working without permission.
