Downloading the video file (either raw/final version)
The client provides a link to the downloadable video or attaches the video file. The client can also provide the English subtitles file if it's available.
Creation of the English/Ukrainian/Russian subtitles file
I will transcribe (if the client doesn't have the transcription), translate and create subtitles with accurate timestamps. If the client provides the English subtitles file, translation will be done in its copy, and time codes will be left unchanged.
