Nica is extremely smart and is able to learn very quickly. But she often takes on new tasks and not very consistent or realiable over time with these new tasks. She accepts assignments that are new and does them well but her performance drops off over time. To be fair, I gave her a lot of new tasks and she often out performed my expectation. However, her consistency was lacking and she often would disappear and be unresponsive for days. In short, she is great but not really available to long term indepth assignments. She brings a lot of honesty and effort but lacks the time and energy for anything other than very short assigments.
