If you're looking for an absolute gem for content writing and/or research, stop looking. I couldn't recommend Pia more highly. She is truly excellent at everything she did for us. She's focused on both quality and speed, producing only the best quality of research and writing, and always hitting her deadlines. But even more than that, she regularly discovered issues outside her own area of responsibility--issues that weren't discovered by the rest of the team.
