French (CA) copywriter with SEO experience
I hired Angelina for the optimization of French-Canadian pages. The initial communication was fast and good. During the work, there was no contact (also not initiated from my end), and the files were submitted on time on the day of the deadline. I had the provided files proofread by another translator and found that the text had spelling errors and links to French pages (fr-fr) instead of French-Canadian pages. Also, on the last day of the project, there were 3x 5 hours added for the previous days, which doesn't seem very transparent, especially in comparison with other freelancers for the same project that used the time tracking feature from UpWork.
