Web Portal Development Completed half the work halfheartedly and took payment in full. We were working on two projects together, Jubair took approx 8 months of our time and continuous effort and delivered low quality partial work. We provided him changes documents which funnily had the same exact changes repeated as him and his team would make false claims of completing changes. The team isn't very reliable either. I suggest paying slightly more but make wiser use of your resources!
