Excel Data Analyst - Monthly Insurance Agency Performance Reports (Recurring Work)

Vossa Intelligence provides monthly performance benchmarking reports for independent insurance agencies in the US. We're looking for a detail-oriented analyst to join as a core part of our monthly production process. This is recurring work with a consistent monthly deadline. What you'll do each month, per client: Validate a CSV export from the client's agency management system Populate our pre-built Excel template (4 tabs, ~130 interlinked formulas — you won't build formulas from scratch, but you must be able to spot when a number looks wrong) Run a provided prompt through Claude AI using the populated data and review the output for accuracy and sense Format the final output into a branded PDF report using our template You should have: Strong Excel skills — lookups, pivot tables, and the judgment to catch a data error before it reaches a client Comfort using AI tools (Claude or ChatGPT) as part of a structured workflow High attention to detail and reliability — reports must be delivered by the 7th of each month without chasing Nice to have: background in insurance, finance, or financial services What to expect: Start: 1 to 3 clients per month Pay: hourly to start while we calibrate time per report, moving to a flat per-report rate after the first cycle Long term: as the client base grows, so does your workload You will be a core operational part of a growing business, not a one-off task
